As much as I agree with many of the things you say, I need you to understand that those half orcs worshipped Gruumsh and were intentionally causing trouble with others. I watched them beat a woman into unconciousness as she passed by because she was an elf. One of the same half orcs repeatedly hit me for being 'weak' though I know not why. I support treating 'monster races' as equals, being of half orc blood myself. However we can't have groups of thugs, be they human, elven, goblin, dwarves, or orcan, to abuse the people living and working in Lower. It makes Lower look more like a slum.
