Congratulations on your victory. You have shared our fires and our food, and we call you allly. It is good that you represent the people of Lower in the Council. It is also good that your people have a man of honor to speak for them.

I have spoken to Councilor Highill of some things and urge you to discuss this letter with him if it is possible.

We would ask of your views of the current situation between Upper and Lower, and also what are the views of the people that you know and represent. We of the Tribe wish to help with honorable contract to guard your gate or make your streets safe.

Please consider these things and share our fires once again to tell us of your views and how we may help. All of the Tribe know of your honor and will welcome you once again to our camp.
