Hey,

Since Appraise is used to buy anything, I figured it should lower the price of the materials for the crafting/brewing/scribing. Thus it should lower the cost for a said caster.

My suggestion is: Lower the price of item creating by appraise check.

For balance reasons the crafting prices won't be affected in this way.
