I have read my first copy of your paper today, and I think it has a great deal of potential to help Sanctuary, as well as report the news. In particular, I was very pleased to read the article on your efforts to keep children away from crime by giving them jobs distributing newspapers.

I'd like to talk to you about the possibility of starting a classifieds section of your newspaper, so that businesses and employers around Sanctuary could place ads looking for permanent or part-time workers, and unemployed citizens could find out about work there. I think it could do a great deal to improve the crime rate in Sanctuary. A lot of these people are just hungry and have no other way of supporting themselves and their families, so they turn to crime.
