If you have experience in City Guard, armies or similar organizations, we'll need your help. Private Welles will be conducting interviews of recruits, if you have any recommendations from prominient citizens, such as from Spellguard officers, councilors, Society's Ordinants or other Watchmen and such, bring them in written testimony with names so I can verify recommendations from them personally.
