I was in jail on the parmanent cell, and got trialed and freed. I went to Mur and set my spawn point.

Next reset I spawn in jail -again-, so I then hear I need to reset my point. I reset it 3 times, twice in the watch house, once at Mur. And set my spawn point again at Mur.

Next reset I spawn in jail -once more-.

You need to get a PC with a guard rod or a DM to use a guard wand on you and select the "release" option. Otherwise, the jail spawn point will continue to override your other selection.

And for PC guards! If you let someone out, make sure you also release them using the guard wand, or they will never be free.
