The Tribe of the Blades has admitted to culpability for their numerous transgressions against the people of Sanctuary which culminated in the deaths of over a dozen of our citizens.

These reparations restored to our city the honor that was stripped away by gnollish politicians seeking to curry favor with the Tribe in exchange for votes at your next election.

First; the Tribe has payed 13,000 gold coins to Sanctuary to restore to life those noble souls who died in the orog attacked caused by Kathazar.

Second; the Tribe has agreed to patrol our borders and destroy the monsters they face there as a matter of honor to prove their good intent in the future. These patrols shall last as long as the Tribe dwells near us.

Third; the Tribe is reduced from its ability to impact our elections. Officials will monitor all election results and if more than 15 members of the Blade Tribe voted then the sitting Council has the authority to discard the results. The Council must pass legislation outlining how this process will work.

Fourth; all crimes committed by citizens against Sanctuary or the Tribe Camp will be punished within that territory and by its laws. Citizens of Sanctuary can not be tried by the Blade until a member of the Sanctuary Council is alerted to over see the justice of the trial and the same privilege is extended to members of the Blade Tribe's first and second ranks.

Fifth; the Tribe Mother Adai will grant three of her most powerful Seeings to the people of Sanctuary with the Sheriff choosing who shall receive them as an apology to the Watchmen who were lost and harmed on Uktar 29th.

Sixth; the Mayor has vocally given his support to a repeal of the laws against Monstrous Races.

These negotiations were handled by the Sheriff of Sanctuary, Councilor Adella Tyrell, Mayor Yorrick Bresley, and members of the Spellguard and Seekers between the Tribe of the Blade.
