If you want to create more specific laws and make my job harder then I suggest you first make my job easier by ensuring the tiger eyes are forced to comply and enforce the laws of upper Sanctuary in Lower. Only then will you have my vote.

If you think it is too much to request the Watch and other Law Enforcement Agencies to keep Necromancers from animating the deceased and to keep the spineless from looting the dead, then I do not think I would even wish your vote.

That said, I would, obviously strive to remove corruption from the Tigereyes and see them abide by the Laws of Sanctuary as well.
