Know Your Rights While in Lower!
Citizens of Sanctuary, please be aware that the duties of the Tiger Eyes are merely to “keep the peace” and protect the lower area's of sanctuary from chaos. That being said if you truly believe you have been unjustly treated by the Tiger Eyes whilst in Lower Sanctuary you may feel free to report it to Private Bertlebe.
Either find me or write a letter detailing your case to the Watch house addressed to me. Ofcourse I will always need to meet the person making the accusations.
Remember they may only raise their hand against you if it is necessary to do so to prevent trouble. This does not mean they may over see you like iron fisted tyrants. Just remember to get the name of the individual Tiger Eye who is abusing his position and I'll be sure to start a file listing his or her crimes so that he may be tried and punished.
Just as I myself am subject to the Laws of Sanctuary created by the council so are the Tiger Eyes. For further information as to the laws of Sanctuary inquire to your nearest guard or go to the town hall.
