After the many "revelations" of your scape goat Kathazar and your continual blatant disregard for our laws and our customs culminating in Ileana's murder of Kathazar before he could face just execution your status as unwanted law breakers under Watch Orders still stands. Any Tribesman within Sanctuary will be arrested as a suspected offender and tried for any crimes they are linked to after an interrogation.
I will reiterate that this is a temporary solution until the completion of an investigation into your crimes is reported to the Council. The crimes we linked to your Tribe will come at a cost, Sanctuary will be demanding reparations for every law your Tribesmen have broken. If you truly wish good will from Sanctuary then you will agree to these reparations when they arrive from our Council and you will refrain from breaking our laws or further trespassing within Sanctuary until this situation is resolved.
To emphasize the serious nature of your crimes, your Tribesmen are linked to ranked by severity of the crime:

I reiterate, the serious nature of these charges demands that any member of the Blade of Tribe should be held liable for this pattern of criminal acts against our settlement. Therefore, any member of the Tribe will be arrested and tried if found within Sanctuary and will be driven from the gates if they approach until this matter is resolved by our Council following a full report from the Watch.
