Councilors and citizens
One thing that I have never seen discussed in your campaign posters, something that troubles me greatly, are familiars and companions. Some of those arriving to Sanctuary, does so with their most trusted and beloved friends. They have helped us through the torture of Drow, kept us shielded while terrors walked around us and perhaps are the only reason why some of us are alive at this dark.
I, one of the few it would seem, have been allowed to have my companion with me in Sanctuary, as long as he follows the laws. This I ask the present Councilors, the future Councilors and others as well. Should familiars and animal companions be allowed to wander with us, if they are approved and granted membership as long as they stay in the presence of their Master or friend? Should there be any rule for this?
