He is wanted alive if possible to face trial for a series of crimes bordering on mere nuisance to magical assault with intent to kill citizens of Sanctuary. The gnome often wears purple robes, is known to be fidgety and often dances from foot to foot, he speaks often of "adventure" and has an annoying sing song voice and speaking rhythms.
