Uktar 25, 151 James Thorne Pissing Crone Inn Regard The Council's Failures

I believe we should speak. There are some issues with your methods; as the graffiti already indicates-you do not propose a solution. Furthermore, what you are proposing is vastly misguided. The Council works as a Council is intended to work. That is not the problem.

However, I sincerely desire to speak with you about your views. Men with your passion may find opportunity in Sanctuary with those equally dedicated to speaking honestly about our society's needs for improvement.

Sheriff Barrister Fawkes

Sheriff Barrister Fawkes,

I would greatly wish to speak with you, and have for some time now desired just that. As well, I am not so foolish as to think I will accomplish anything without a plan of action. The first step to any change though, is to have the support to make the change happen.

I believe that the Council working as it does - that is, as a council is intended to work - is exactly the problem.

Sanctuary's government utterly lacks any authority, meaning, in times of emergency, we are nearly incapable of reacting in a timely manner. During the revolt following the Tigereye's fall, the Council did nothing but talk for months while people slew eachother in Lower.

In any case though, I will make an effort to find you about town for a meeting. I hope to see you soon.

Respectfully, James Thorne
