To the Honorable Watch,

I, Guardian Zebulon Smythe, wish to inform you have the presence of two ruffians in our town.

I have heard that two halforcs, whom are actually more orc than human if I might add, have attacked an elf in the Mines. One carries a spear and the other a flail. Since there is no proof of their crime of attacking one of us, I do believe there is little to do beside give warning.

I had seen them in town and they were pointed out to me. 'Spear' and 'Flail' are definitely going to be a problem for the city and the citizens. If we are to see these two individuals again, besides informing the Watch to be on guard, are there any further instructions?

Do not hesitate to call on the Archibald Guardians in times of need.

Thank you for the information you have provided. The watch needs citizens such as yourself to serve as our eye and ears to assist in the mitigation of crime that occures. If you see these Half Orcs in town causing a problem, be sure to notify the nearest guard. We would be more then willing to respond.
