Looking up info about Ibrandul here , he is listed as a "dead" deity. Does this mean clerics of Ibrandul cannot cast spells?

Also, is there information somewhere else on Ibrandul...? The info here is pretty sparse.

Ibrandul is technically dead, but still has a large following and followers are still granted spells. In fact, most people think that Ibrandul is alive, and knowing the truth with a normal PC would likely require an application.

And a very good one, because pretty much -nobody- knows Ibrandul is dead, including his clergy.
