A report on the events in Canal Ward.
Today goblins attacked the canal ward. They attacked from the gates and there was litrally hundreds of them.
The adventurers of Sanctuary had been quick to respond and acted quick enough to push back the goblins before they got to the main residence of lower.
The goblins were eventually pushed back to the Canal Wards gates where they were held. Until their general was killed.
The general - a tough goblin - was good at stealing our weapons and often ran from the mass of goblins we were figthing to deal with some of the adventurers directly before running back into the goblin mass to heal again. A kolbold who happened to be wandering the canal ward at the time was the one to finish him off with a fire spell.
With the general dead the goblin threat pretty much just vanished.
During the attacked Private Dromar was lost when he chased a goblin assassin back toward Lower - only to be stabbed from behind. The halfling Clover also died in her attempt to protect other adventurers.
It is unknown weither these goblins have a connection with the goblins that reside in lower.
Sanctuary fought well.
