*copies are given to each*
I have been honored to speak with you, and see that there is need for a spokesman between our people and your own.
If you have found me to be a man of honor, I would ask that you write a letter requesting that I might be made speaker for my Tribe with your people. My research has found the word liason to be the role that I humbly submit that I might serve as.
This would confer some honor upon me amongst my tribe, and help my efforts to promote trade amongst our peoples.
If you would like to meet me at any time, I will do so if Savras permits.
[added to Grey's]
Thank you for speaking truth at the trial of my Brothers. It likely saved them from a cruel injustice.
[added to Fawkes']
I would like to personally thank you for your honorable actions during the investigation and trial of my people. You do great tribute to your city and your people

Is the purpose of this letter to convince your tribe or to convince the Council? The Council will likely recognize any authority that your tribe grants you, including a position as an emissary.

Sir Andrei,
It has been a great pleasure to make your acquaintance. Though I have resigned my post from the Seekers, the others are just and honorable, and will be glad to find ways to work together with The Tribe.
I as always, am at your service.
Best regards - Grey

Sheriff Fawkes,
I have discussed the proposal that you have made for our Tribe with one of the highest rank. It is not acceptable for that we would be incorporated into Sanctuary's defense organizations. We are a people of our word, and our first priority would ever be to our Tribe. This means that we can not be deputized as you say and beholden to this town.
Further, we have come here because we are somewhat depleted of monies, and no contract to defend your gate will be made without payment. We are a proud and honorable people, but coin is needed for us to purchase and produce the wares that we offer.
I hope that I did not mislead you about these things, as that was not my intention. But I am merely the voice of our leaders, and these are their wishes that I now know.
The person that you wished to see might indeed be willing to see you, but prophecy is a difficult and sometimes dangerous thing. It will take coin for this to happen as well, but what is gold compared to the answers that you seek?
I would be willing to speak with you if you wish. You are an honorable man, and worth the respect of our Tribe. This would be an honor for me to speak with you once more.
May Savras grant you the knowledge you seek.

*Another letter from Andrei is sent to Sheriff Fawkes*
Sheriff Fawkes,
Forgive me for bothering you once more, but I would wish to have the honor of meeting you to discuss the topics in my last letter.
Also, my research in crafting arcane wands of healing is progressing quite well, and I am nearly ready to begine my initial efforts. Might you have any knowledge in crafting wands yourself?
If so, this may speed the process considerably, and I would be most grateful for this assistance.

I craft my own wands and brew my own potions. I do not mind sharing some knowledge on how to make such things with you.

Sheriff Fawkes,
I have had the misfortune to not be able to locate you. This is good, because it means that you are a man of action, and not sitting at a cursed desk having others do your work. The people of the Tribe understands this of a leader.
There are some things to relay to you. We see that you have posted a group of guards to the Gate we spoke about. The offer still stands however for the Tribe to help strengthen your forces at this location for fair compensation. We might assign several of our guards to man this gate, and can also offer the forces of the Clan to assist in any large assaults that might require more manpower.
We have noticed many kobolds, goblins, gnolls and even ogres wandering quite near this gate and have skirmishes with the above nearly every day. There is also word of an ogre tribe just up the canal from the gate, and that they are assessing the defenses for a possible attack. Our mighty warriors, combined with your highly-trained men would make this gate appear to be too well-defended, and discourage any potential attacks being considered.
I am pleased to report to you that I can my studies have revealed to me the secret of creating the wands of healing we discussed. At this time, wands of small and moderate wound sealing are available to the public. You of course would receive first preference of contract, as we spoke before and you are a man of honor.
Finally, I have been unable to find a watchman to purchase the helm you advertise and have found one of the same make, so I request the reserved item be made available to the public if you still retain it.
Honor to you and your men,
Andrei of the Tribe of the Blade

Andrei, our city has a poor history with mercenaries contracted to defend our gates. As long as I am sheriff of Sanctuary there will never again be mercenaries defending us on a regular basis. I'll seal the gates before I allow for that and leave nothing but a solid wall. Only citizens sworn to defend Sanctuary will be its guardians.
Otherwise, thank you for the rest of your information.
