Council of Sanctuary

As it is, the old mines of Clan Grunstubhle are all but safe grounds. Attacks have been launched from within and hostile forces and monsters frequent the area. The so called Stoutheart Clan claims these abandoned halls, but what have they done to keep them safe? They patrol their own mine? No, they leave it open for enemies of the City, endagering everyone.

No longer should you tolerate this, and that is why we propose a contract of sorts. The De'Gaerre Mercenary Corporation is willing to take up the duty of patrolling and clearing out hostile activity within the old mines, making it a safe place once more that is open for travel. What we ask in return is not much, but a shaft within the mines to host our own and some other possible benefits and agreements.

The former Grunstubhle mines are not Sanctuary town property. Regardless, the Council may consider your company's offer to establish a contract and secure this territory near Sanctuary. To assist deliberations it may be helpful to provide the Council with your company's numbers, organizational structure, charter, and other items of managerial interest.

As requested, a copy of our roster is included in the letter and I hope that you will take the time to meet with our representative. The sooner we get an answer, the sooner we can start recruiting for the task at hand.
