Sirs Waters and Dakur,

On the passing of Laramie Lathae, one of the greatest citizens our town has known, I'd like to propose a very small and simple ceremony to celebrate his selfless devotion to the town of Sanctuary.

Though perhaps he himself would not wish for it, I believe it to be for the good of Sanctuary that some remembrance take place, lest the citizens of Sanctuary forget what is possible with courage even in the darkest of places.

If either of you would be willing to host or attend a small and simple ceremony, please let me know when you would be available.
