I am writing to inquire about the status on the library-project that you brought before the Council again. I am unsure on the pending situation and if there is anything I can do to aid in the process and if new fund sources must be gathered once more.

Frum Highill has pledged the sum of ten thousand coins, as long as he is allowed to name the institution and/or have his name mentioned as the donator.

I have begun reviving discussions about establishing a library with the rest of the Council. I will see if Councilor Highill can confirm his pledge, as well, and learn more about his requirements.
