To whom it may concern,

The lich Xinderixes Mardukan, originally of House Mardukan of Traensyr, subsequently the north shore area of the Dark Lake, and most recently of various lairs around Sanctuary, desires a meeting with the authorities of Sanctuary to discuss his continued presence here. It is my personal belief that is unstable and insane, but there may be some value gleaned from a meeting as he quite powerful and capable of the creation of enormous quantities of undead. His instructions were that any word of a meeting was to be left outside the Town Hall. The Spellguard can provide a more complete report or arrange for security if it is decided that a meeting would be best.
