I have been searching for the last few days. Mostly I encounter discouraging results, or simply nothing at all. The Tigereyes are not very accessable, and, suprisingly, few know much about what they do or their regulations. I am not telling you I have given up, but I need guidance. I would like to talk whenever you have the time. I am staying at in the grotto of the local inn for lack of space.

On a side note, there are some other subjects which have given me some suspicion, but how relavent they are compared to your task is not clear.
