I've offered and helped the Spellguards, so I thought it would only be fair to offer you guys some help -after all, you are the ones who take all the hitting!

While I was putting apart and back together the catapult I was asked to blueprint for the Spellguards, I thought you guys might be confronted with a problem with your siege devices aka otherwise known as catapults.

If you are interested in meeting me to hear more about the problem and more about the solution I'll offer you, just send me a letter to the too expensive inn called the Last Stand Inn.

The one who would likely be most interested in this letter would be Lieutenant Delorme, who is now in charge of securing the defense of both the Upper and Lower gates. As he's a very busy man, however, I'd be willing to hear you out and listen to any plans you might have that would involve the Sanctuary Watch.
