I'm Mikhail, a Gondman new to this place -well, new, maybe not that much, I think I've been here for a month, or maybe a week, no, three weeks... well, I've no idea how long I've been here. Anyways, I've had a nice project on my mind in the last few days -days or nights. The device would be a clock! Yes, a clock! No longer will you have to wait a whole day waiting for your associate to come up to the meeting! No longer will your rothe be burned of over-cooking!

So, I'm offering time for everyone -because I would picture it in the Town Hall, available to all.

However, I'm doing this publicity to the Council, because I'm expecting this to be expensive -I'd have to find the metal (and so, I would need to information on where I can find it), I'd have to pay a smith to smith the metal into gears; you see where I'm going. What I'm asking is for support -financial and spatial.
