Havent recieved anything from you in regards to the League as per requested. I still have a good deal of enthusiasm to assist you and yours in what manner I can, but am unsure of what obligations and responsibilities, if any, I would have to see to.

Civil Defence League Charter Sanctuary is a bastion offering shelter within a cruel, pitiless realm. It is the responsibility of all who claim refuge to assist in securing the freedoms we enjoy. By joining the ranks of the Civil Defence League, you have sworn your willingness to do so. Your duties are as follows: Leadership In the event of an assault upon Sanctuary, League members are to rally able citizens to the defence, whilst fielding the infirm, aged and young to safety.

Readiness It is imperative that all citizens are combat ready and instilled with discipline in the event of an attack. Civil Defence members should hold regular training sessions and provide instruction for civilians.

Vigilance Remain abreast of potential threats to Sanctuary and investigate them with diligence. All recruits should endeavour to keep their comrades informed.

These are your watch words. Those who demonstrate zeal and proficiency in carrying out their duties will be promoted to the rank of Civic Marshal. They will be invested with further authority and receive a regular wage.
