I have a silly question. How do you put a journal on your PC? If they have one on the forum, they should have one on them, how do youput it there? Ask a DM?

Well scribing isn't implimented ingame yet (to my knowledge anyway) so perhaps in time.

In the mean time, you could direct the player you want to read your journal IG to the journal in the forums. That's what I do anyway. I just send a tell "journal in forums" after emoting *hands over a crude bound book*.

The "Journal" (as in, the same place where quest updates occur) is a client-side file that can be edited out of the game, or pasted into a forum post.

So you can RP writing your journal in game, exit NWN, copy that file, and then paste it into our forums here if you like.

Note that Dms can not read your journal through NWN, only if you put it on these forums.
