If loot randomly appears in your inventory, please send a DM tell inquiring whether it is deliberate that this loot appeared in your inventory. If you receive no response, and no DMs seem to know what you're talking about, please trash the loot immediately and make a bug report mentioning the time it occurred, the loot you received, and the area you were in.
