Hello to you,
My name is Michael, I am one of the many people involved in getting the house of charity built, though I suppose you could call me the founder of the idea. I would be happy to meet with you anytime to discuss the various aspects of the construction.
As for our contractor, an honest Gondsman by the name of Cog has delieved me prints of the establishment, but I have yet to ask him to head the actual construction crew needed to build the house. I do not know what his reply will be, as he is already a very busy man. If there is any help you wish to offer in this regard, let me know about it and I will discuss it with Cog.
May your life be healthy and happy.
-Michael

[a letter is sent to Michael, at the Pissing Crone Inn, Lower Sanctuary]
To the esteemed Priest Michael,
I thank you for your reply. I have already had word with one of your associates, Mr. Kharkres Stark, who has informed me a great deal about the plans regarding the construction of this temple annex shelter. I would like to express to you my interest in helping to homeless and needfull people in Sanctuary.
I have thought on a plan, along with Mr. Kharkres Stark, to educate, those that would require it, in the art of reading and writing. Perhaps this may improve their quality of life- We can only pray. This service, which the Clergy of Oghma would be happy to fill in, would be free of charge, needless to say.
I wish I could help with the construction otherwise, but unlike rich Councilmen, I can only give you physical help, instead of financial.
I hope my effort will be welcomed and appreciated.
May Oghma grant you Knowledge,
