To start, I don't know if this suggestion is even feasible, but at least it's interesting, if silly.

On Use: Fireball Self

Potion of Stink: If you smell the bottle of this dark green potion, you'll regret it! It's notorious for stinking up the packs of adventurers. If you throw it, its contents spill all over the floor and seep into the ground.

On Use: Stinking Cloud Self

Potion of Chance: A favorite potions of Tymorans and Beshebans alike. This potion will show whether the benevolent Tymora is on your side, or the evil Besheba. Will you be the warrior you've dreamed of, or turn out a weak hag?

On Use: Unique Use Self [It would otherwise raise all stats by 4 points or decrease them by 4 points.]

While I can come up with many more potions of this caliber, the biggest conflict I see is whether they are, from an in-context or scripting standpoint, even possible. I'll let you guys bicker on that.

Though what I love most about these is that they add an interesting element to the game. Rogues with a high reflex save will love the fireball potions, and the silly Talonans with their +30 poison save may find use for the Potion of Stink. However, these potions call for an exclusive club, since an average adventurer probably wouldn't want to drink down a fireball!

You seem to be wanting to exploit the mechanics on this. As for the +30 poison saves with the stink cloud one, sure. Drinking a potion that would cause your stomach to explode in a manner that would kill those around you should be instantly fatal. I don't see how you can dodge your own indigestion, or even the bits of your own bones which are certain to become the shrapnel which would supply some of the fireball's damage output to those around you.

Otherwise yeah, lunatic alchemist sounds cool. :)

On a second's more thought, a potion of ultimate suicide might be interesting. It could emit a huge amount of damage in exchange for your life.
