A very hefty man with a paunchy belly wearing a terrible disguise of Rothe Leathers and a skull helm is seen dropping two letters off at each location

Some of the boys think you're innocent. I'm one of them. If I'm to help prove you're innocent, however, I'm going to need your help. You probably don't remember me, but I admire you and your contributions to the city of Sanctuary greatly. I've begun putting together a case in your defense for the Watch, and am hoping you can give me some evidence that will aid your case greatly. If we are to meet, I will let you pick the location, and promise I will come alone.

I'm not about to let a bunch of Seeker lies take down another good man of the Watch.

Since you leave no name, I'm not about to take you seriously. For all I know you're a bountyhunter trying his luck. I want a letter from the Sheriff himself before I meet with anyone.

I believe I can prove your innocence in this vast Seeker Conspiracy that has been launched against you, but your running away from Sanctuary is not helping the matter. Should you stand trial in the next day, I am very certain I can achieve a verdict of not guilty, and get a full apology from the Council to clear your name. Please consider my words. Even the people who believe you are innocent are starting to wonder what is going on, and why you have fled the city.

I attempted to return the other day, but was chased away by a band of Seekers. Also I have heard there is a bounty on my head, and I'm not about to risk my own life on this trial.

The 1000 gold bounty in no way says a thing about killing you, so I wouldn't get too worried. We're going to see you through this mess, mate. I won't let one of my fellow Watchman take a stoning in the cage because of that damned Seeker Lucas.
