Citizens of Sanctuary,
Is trusting the Watch wise?
The past few darks the following have been observed:
1. A member of the Watch selling scrolls in the Town Hall for twice the going price to uninformed buyers.
2. Members of the Watch refusing to investigate a citizen accused of Necromancy in possession of a necromantic artifact.
3. The Watch doing nothing to prevent wedding organizers from poisoning the young of Sanctuary with large amounts of alcohol, possibly leading to the death of one of the children.
Is trusting the Watch wise? Be your own judge.

An enormous Private with a shamefully large, paunchy belly is seen striding up to the posts and scribbling in below
Whoever distributed this is a bit confused on many things. Allow me to dissect this poor arguement, and enlighten any citizens that wish to read my notice.
1.) Complete rubbish unless you're able to produce a name and some witnesses. At any rate, haggling is not against the law. While it is a shameful practice, no laws have been broken here.
2.) Possession of a necromantic item is not against the law. Animating the dead surely is, but there are no laws in our current book that ban the possession of a necromantic item.
3.) Watchmen are not posted on active duty inside the Beacon. The property has currently been stolen from Councilor Bhast by Winston and his band of hooligans.
Complaints and accusations against individual men and women of the Watch are taken very seriously, and are investigated at great length. If you can produce the names of the Watchmen on duty who commited any crimes, the case shall be processed quickly, and the accused if found guilty, will be properly punished.
That said, if you have any REAL evidence, come to the Watchhouse and speak with anyone on active duty at the time.
Signed,
Private Longbrook.
P.S. I often find a fine meal calms the nerves and soothes one's anger. I highly encourage anyone who stops by to bring over enough food for a small meal to make the coversation a bit more enjoyable for both parties.
