When is best to catch you to pay the next months rent, may as well pay now as any time?

Also, when will the Clan know anything about the re-issued contract? As you will appreciate we wanna know if we are gonna need to pack up our stuff.

Please pay the rent as soon as possible. That way it is delivered before the first of the month and you avoid being late with it.

If the contract was to ever terminate, your clan would be informed on the 20th of the month prior to that expiration. The contract would then terminate on the first of the next month when the new tenets moved in.

As I am certain I've explained many times, we have merely opened the floor for new contracts. It is not at this time certain your current contract will expire at all in the foreseeable future.
