Marponeth 25, 151 Council Townhall Regard: By-elections

Council,

I am informed you lack the numbers to adequately perform your functions. How the town has survived so long with such a slow, indecisive, democratic body debating over minor nuances is beyond me. I wish to know why the Council has not instituted by-elections during half-term to replace those Councilors that have invariably died. If you have no good reason to explain why this has not been done, then I ask that you vote on the matter post haste.
