Dear sir,

I myself would be interested in doing something along the lines of arranging events or parties, maybe taking care of regular upkeep, though I'm sure you have people to take care of that last thing.

At any rate, I truly feel that anything in a sort of intermediary or managemental function would do. Should the above examples not be to your liking, I am sure you will have something else available that goes something along those lines.
