[a letter for Julian, sent to the Pissing Crone]

[A letter is sent for Julian, to the Pissing Crone, Lower Sanctuary] To Julian,

after expressing your interest in my political program, I've decided to put it on paper for you. In a random order you'll get the points I work for to make Sanctuary a better, and safer place:

I will increase security in and around Sanctuary. Inside Sanctuary, I will increase defenses around Lower Sanctuary, by erecting better fortifications, and supplying Animatrons to the defense of the Tigereye Mercenary Company. As well, regarding intelligence gatherings, I will sent out scouts to patrol a 10-mile radius of Sanctuary, to notify us of enemy troop-movement. We want to tackle the enemy outside Sanctuary, to prevent the loss of civilians.

I will establish special groups that seek into corruption, and weed out those who abuse the good citizens of Sanctuary for their own good. I will ensure that fair trials will be held, with punishment decided on relief of duty, to the expelling of Sanctuary, if they prove to be guilty of the charged crimes.

I will improve the quality of life down in Lower Sanctuary. I will get rid of the open sewage system, and I will erect a place where I can house the poor. I will supply decent food and water to those who require it, for a minimal price. Furthermore, I plan on holding regular vaccinations, to prevent disease to spread further, and we may even, ultimately, bannish it out from Sanctuary.

This is a rough outline on my plans. Off course, there are plenty minor details on which I have my thoughts, but I'd like to keep this succint for you.

May Oghma grant you Knowledge,

*Julian reads the letter can't help but to laugh loud.*

It is funny how everyone believes they can ‘create’ and ‘improve’ without even knowing how to start or plan. Unless she actually believes resources are unlimited and everybody wants a paradise. Quite a pity to know someone who serves the knowledge-god, and after all the years studying doesn’t know anything about her own town. She forgot to write the ‘and they all lived happily ever after’ at the end. I almost feel sorry for her, almost.
