Summoning themes and different level spells

I am not sure how much I am supposed to reveal about summoning themes on the boards, so will start out with a vague question:

Do all summoning themes have different creatures for each level of summoning spells?

I have tried the basic default summons, and two themes. For one of the themes I get a different creature for each of summon creature I and II. For the second theme I get the exact same creature for summon creature I and II. Is this normal or a bug?

I can provide more information if it is allowed.

Thanks

Same creature at two levels is possibly a bug.

Just tell the themes. No need to name the creatures. We can check from there. Go ahead and post on the bug forum.

If you're using weak components to access the theme, it's entirely possible to get the same rank one monster for both Summon Monster I and Summon Monster II. Likewise, if you're using strong components to access the theme, you can get a rank two monster for Summon Monster I, and a rank three monster for Summon Monster II.

Oh, now that I did not know. I just posted this in the bug forum as per Thrawn's suggestion, but now that I know this, I may be getting the same creature as I am using the same reagent for both spells.

Thanks to both of you for the responses.

Some themes definitely do share the same monsters.

Like the Spiders level 3 is the same as the standard level 3, I believe.
