To Mabel Twist

Marponeth 22, 151 Mabel Twist Seeker Refuge Camp Regard Offer of Aid

Mrs. Twist, I understand that you are planning to sell your property rather than rebuild it. I'd like you to consider an alternative offer. Your status as a widow, and your orphaned children reminds me of the same plight suffered by the wives and children of many of my own Watchmen.

I believe I can generate the funds necessary to rebuild the tavern according to your specifications. My offer though is to have your family, aided by a staff of Watch widows and orphans working together on this business to support people who are left bereaved by their husband's ultimate sacrifices for Sanctuary.

If you find this a better alternative, one that will assure you remain with a good livlihood and a place to live; let me know. I will start making the arrangements for your family's future. In this time of grief, you should care for your family while others tend to your assets.

Respectfully,

Barrister Fawkes, Lieutenant of Sanctuary Watch

*the letter is forwarded to Bhast with an addendum*

Despite a lack of response from Mrs. Twist; I feel this will be a very good idea for a number of reasons. I'd like to discuss them.

Respectfully,

Barrister Fawkes
