*letter left in the Spellguard tower*

I asked you if there was anything in the Spellguard for a dwarf, which you said there could be, if I showed dedication to Sanctuary. I have helped Sanctuary on at least two occasions now, both of which happened shortly after each other. I understand fully if you wait to see for further dedication, since that which happened this dark concerned all of Sanctuary and was more fighting for survival than dedication to Sanctuary. So I write this letter asking if there is something you know of which I can help you with, what possibilities there is for a dwarf in the Spellguard and if being in clan Stoutheart matters for my approval?

It seems, by the sound of it, that casting spells, using wands or scrolls and drinking potions in Sanctuary's unwarded areas have become illegal. Can you please clarify this?

Are there any ways to ward yourself against scrying, since this is what the problem is about it seems.

It is not currently illegal to use scrolls, potions, items and wands in unwarded areas. However, it is still illegal to cast spells unwarded, even if Abjurer's Nightshade is consumed.

Concerning your interest in the Spellguard, we are currently recieving a lot of applications and as such we are slowly getting through all of them. I will pose your application to my peers, until we make a decision continue to aid the city with dedication and undying loyalty.
