I, Amywieng Evrilo, leader of the Elvenwarband, have interest in purchasing a building in sanctuary, this building shall be used in order to have the warband as a more orginized group.

The warband wish the city to recongnize it as a group which aids the city, not as individuals, thus we believe a suitable place, within the city, is appropriate.

We seek a building, rather a cave-like place such as Barak-Tor, and have spotted two places in sanctuary. A warehouse, in lower, and the bank in upper.

I would like to speak with a councilor, as well as know the price for such a place.

Had I need to turn to a different person other the council, I would like to know as well.

I'v spoken with the office of the treasurer and they say that the bank property is worth 90,000gp and that you would need to specifi which where house you would be looking to buy as there are a great number of them in the canal ward.
