[Letter for the Council]((PC and DM))

Esteemed Councilors,

We have all been hit hard by the recent passing of our former Sheriff, Ronus Graiden. He was well liked by all of his men, and he shall be mourned years from now. However, it is important we do not linger on our grief, and instead press forward and continue to rebuild and improve Sanctuary as best we can.

In light of such, I recently held a formal vote within the Watch, for a new Sheriff. Through a large majority the Watch has elected Lieutenant Barrister Fawkes as it's new Sheriff. However, as I have been informed, this requires a vote by the Council.

I would remind the Council that a leader is only as effective as they are respected. As such, I must urge them to honor the Watch's decision on the matter, and give them the leader they wish. To do anything else would be immensely destabilizing to the Watchmen of the City, and could put Sanctuary at great risk.

It is with great hope that I pen this letter. Hope that with the election of Sheriff Fawkes, Sanctuary is taking a grand step towards the future and a time of great prosperity.

Respectfully, Private Casca Quinn

Councilors,

The lack of response from your end troubles me greatly. What is your response to our decision?

-Private Quinn

Dear private,

I an sorry for the delay but untill we have a majority vote we cannot let him be sheriff and due to the death of three of our councilors and the absence of another this is taking much longer than anticipated. I shall inform you when he is appointed.
