Ahoy my friends.

The mines are blocked and has already proved a great nusiance to me and others. I am not entirly sure why Julian did this in the first place but if there was anyway to unblock them - could you please look into this?

Gloinar, as you are a counciler I assume you know or can find out a reason to as why they are blocked. If there is a really good reason that's fair enough - I just wish to know it.

P.S: The gem in the package is for Dain - I kinda pissed him off ealier after a quest. And soon decided that my connections and friendship with him and the stouts is alot more valuble than a greenstone! Maybe not as quite as valuble as a ruby... hm...
