I want the barricades around town removed and anyone that can get back to their homes sent there, i also want the bazzar back running. We need to get the town back to normal as best we can.

We'll ask our men to return to their normal posts, and to remove what barricades we can but we won't remove anything the citizens rely on to feel secure until they feel secure enough to remove it. The citizens in Townhall will stay there until the Council lets them know it is safe to return home.
