The Crone Lockbox in the basement I think should be lockable with the Crone Key, since if I want to use that room as a meeting place, I don't want visitors to be able to snoop in that if I leave for a second.

Also, I'll throw this in. Perhaps the door to the fighting ring/monster pit should be locked on default? When I walk down there with guests I end up locking those anyways unless I'm using them.
