Can the DM team, on the next reset, place a lift/winch mechanism near the rubble of the Rock Bottom please?

Clan Stoutheart have salvaged the one that was left in the unused mines and we RP'd removing the beams, crossbar, pulley & winch etc because Mr Popper wasn't able to help at the time.

The idea being that by using the winch & pulley, the rubble will be cleared away a lot quicker.

Perhaps some sort of strength roll could be used to operate the device?

Edit: The idea I had here is to construct a block & tackle crane device to move the rubble & detritus using salvage from the mines. If there was nothing left worth taking in the mines, then how about the old lift that went down into lower be re-rigged?
