Marponeth 17, 151 Councilors Townhall Regard: Recent Legislations

Shortly before his death, Councilor Fryar intimated that the Council had already approved some legislation. I have heard no word about any recent passage of any measures and wished to confirm this.

I also suggest that it will be in the Council's best interest to appoint a scribe to over see debates and provide that information to citizens who should be aware of Councilor discussions such as the Spellguard Commander, Seeker Leader, Sheriff, and local editors who over see newspapers and can bring this information to all our citizens. This scribe should also ensure that any passed legislation is brought to the attention of all citizens through the Herald's office.

This will help us avoid a situation as in the past where our basic laws were over turned or changed overnight without the Watch or Spellguard being made aware of what was about to happen or to try to influence how things happened.
