Neither the clergy of Grumbar nor Councilor Tyrell and her Oghman clergy know of the existence of any veins of Harmonium in the area. I have my contacts and agents searching for it, but this has borne little fruit so far. Is there any reason not to ask the Stouthearts? It would be reasonable to assume that they would know more about minerals and metal than most.

Some have guessed specifically what this metal would be used for – is there a leak within the Spellguard? Has your plan been exposed?

If you have any further information on the topic (especially regarding how it is identified), please let me know.

There are a few others outside the Spellguard who know of the metal, and can put my name to it. Do not concern yourself about them. Your responsibility is to follow the instructions as given. Besides the fact that there are important reasons to keep the continuation of this project a secret, this is as much an assessment of your ability to keep quiet and cloud your intentions as a practical exercise - important skills to any aspiring Agent, as this will become clear later.

Feel free to contact the Stouthearts if you believe that it will help. If you need someone to identify the metal, either find a guide or contact me personally. Identifying Harmonium may be more complicated than simply judging by appearance.
