Congratulations all on your recent election or re-election.
There are a number of matters, some more urgent than others, I, on behalf of the Society of the Ordered Mind, would like to discuss with one or more of you when you have the time. I can be reached at the Society Chapterhouse.

I still have heard nothing from you regarding my last letter, and in the meantime the matter has become a whole lot more dire. I think it would be easier for all of us if we together could arrange a meeting which 3 or more of you could attend.
On a different note, I would suggest you either fill the now empty seats on the Council -- I know there are at least four -- with the runner-ups from the Marpenoth election, or hold a complete or partial re-election in a very near future. I am convinced our current situation demands the attention of a full Council if we are to get anywhere.

It takes all of bloody 2 moments to pen down a reply and have a courier deliver it if you don't have the time yourself. If I have heard nothing within the next half ride you leave me no choice but to go directly to the Mayor. I do not want to go directly to the Mayor. I should not have to go directly to the Mayor. But the professionalism -- or rather, lack thereof -- with which you have handled this matter is quite simply unacceptable.
I sincerely hope you understand my frustration and find the time, if not to meet with me, then at least to inform me of that.
