Herald, I am told that after the death of Sergeants Boris and Felzkirn an investigation was launched. There is no record of this event before the Watch.
Councilor Tyrell claims this happened; but we suffered the loss of two men and heard not a word of it. What are the facts?

Lieutenant Fawkes,
I am unaware of any specific investigation into the deaths of Sergeants Borris and Felzkirn, though the Spellguard did keep an eye out for information on current and past Watchmen that may have been involved with Walters, during their investigation.
What follows hardly counts as an "investigation" into their deaths; the closest thing on record to such is the warrant on Seekers Foliwinkle and Hallafat.
Ronus Graidan sentenced Seeker Foliwinkle to donate to the start-up of the Felzkirn Memorial Fund to aid citizens interested in the teaching, learning and sharing of Sanctuary's history.
The Spellguard conducted an investigation into the Watch; Lieutenant Moonfall seemed insistant that Sergeant Borris was somehow in on the Walters Scandal. I'm not sure if I included her suspicions in the Comprehensive Watch Assessment at present; I saw no evidence to support the claim, and I had no motivation to slander the name of a fallen Watchman mourned by his fellows.
Sergeant Felzkirn, being a Watch archivist of some renown, may or may not have known what his superiors were up to. It wouldn't have been his place to ask questions about closed or impounded files, and it can be preferable not to chase after suspicions that might get you killed when you have no solid evidence.
I suspect what you really desire, though, is an investigation into the Seekers, none of which has been conducted to my knowledge.
