To the Council and the Sherrif [DM]

Councilor Aaron J. Russell has made several sendings to the citizens, telling them to disobey the orders of the Watch. He has told the citizens that the actions of the watch are unlawful, and do not have to be followed.

In particular, Councilor Aaron J. Russell said in a sending that bearing weapons openly inside the walls of the city is not a crime. And that the citizens should disobey orders of the Watch should a Watchman ask the citizen to peaceknot their weapon.

These sendings caused quite a bit of confusion and frustration with the citizens with whom I talked. Some asked if the law had changed, or if Councilor Aaron J. Russell was actually speaking on behalf of the Full Council, or if they were supposed to follow the Watch.

With the current tensions between the Four Gaurdian Fellowships (Society, Seekers, Watch, and Spellgaurd) and the Council, I think it would be best for the Council to handle Councilor Aaron J. Russell.

I am not asking for public humilation, I am only asking for the Mr. Russell to put up fliers explaining the Council's stand on the law, and their support of the Watch.

Please have Mr. Russell sign these posters, and hang them up in the areas most traveled.

Please do not have Mr. Russell make these fliers himself. Please have the Council make them for him, and have him sign it, and spell out his name so that there is no cofusion about his support of the Watch.

Ferdinand Fenwick, Advocate.
