What are the Kobold/Goblin stat bonus and ECL?

No ECL, I believe. Unless they have ECL to weaken them further.

Goblin as far as I know is:

-2 strength +2 dexterity -2 charisma

+4 hide (Size) +4 MS (racial bonus) +1 AC (size)

Darkvision

basically the same as halfling sub-race but without the luck feat and with -2 charisma

Kobold should have the following on EFU: -4 STR -2 CON +2 DEX

Small Stature feat

ECL: 0

That's what I heard.

I presume the kobolds get darkvision too though...

Ehh, I don't believe so? I'm not sure, really. I don't notice any on my Kobold.
